Touch the water drop-shaped icon to turn on / off water.
To use hot water, touch and hold the water drop-shaped icon for 3 seconds to activate the water heater.
Touch the water-shaped icon to turn off the hot water.

The handle can also be used to turn on / off water.
It does not enable a switch between cold and hot water, but as a safety measure, blue and red lighting indicates whether the water is cold or hot.
